SHIPPING POLICY

At the Flag Barn we pride ourselves not just on delivering high quality products, but also doing so in a timely fashion. The carrier we use to ship your package is the United States Postal Service. If your order is made before 8PM, your package will be shipped next day. We ship Monday Thru Saturday and provide a tracking number for every order so you can count down the days until your item(s) arrive.

Currently, we are offering our customers a flat rate of $5 shipping!!! You can load up on as many items as you want for that flat shipping price. If you order is under 16oz, it will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, while orders weighing over 16oz will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Please understand that you are responsible for adding the correct address at checkout. We can ship your item anywhere in the United States, whether it is to your home or the home of someone receiving a gift. A shipping label will be generated based on the address entered at checkout so kindly double check that section before finalizing your order at checkout.

While you can count on us to ship your package out immediately, please understand that we cannot control variables associated with the United States Postal Service that could affect delivery time frames of your shipment. The information you see under your tracking number is exactly what we see from our end, so if it is taking a little extra time than expected, kindly be patient until it arrives. We assure you we want you to start enjoying your item(s) as quickly as you would like to.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Flag Barn, you can count on accurately described product pictures and product descriptions on our website. Have confidence that we depict with 100% accuracy any item you choose to order. While we do not accept returns based on buyer's remorse, we certainly stand by the fact that your item(s) will be delivered brand new, free of defects, as as described. If there is any cosmetic or quality issue related to the new product you received, please email us within 7 days of product receipt with your issue and pictures so we can initiate the return process and correct the issue to your satisfaction.
